RESCHEDULED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Trustee’s Sale No. ID-PRV-18002953 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Pioneer Title Company of Ada County dba Pioneer Lender Trustee Services, the duly appointed Successor Trustee, will on 7/27/2020, at the hour of 1:00 PM, of said day, at Pioneer Title Company of Ada County, In the lobby, 8151 W. Rifleman St., Boise, ID, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real and personal property (hereafter referred to collectively as the "Property"), situated in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, to-wit: Lot 2 and Lot 31 in Block 1 and Lot 5 in Block 4 of Randall Acres Subdivision No. 9, according to the official plat thereof, filed in Book 13 of Plats at page(s) 807-808, records of Ada County, Idaho. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon Jones and Vicki Jones, as Grantor, to Stewart Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit and security of Rick Zamzow, as Beneficiary, dated 3/9/2015, recorded 3/11/2015, under Instrument No. 2015-019125, Mortgage records of Ada County, ID, the beneficial interest in which is presently held by Rick Zamzow.
