PROJECT BID ANNOUNCEMENT LEWISTON HIGH SCHOOL, LEWISTON, IDAHO The Lewiston School District #1 and their Construction Manager, Beniton Construction in partnership with Kenaston Corporation, are planning to advertise bidding for construction of their New High School in late April 2018 with an expected bid date of late May of 2018. This project includes a new main High School building (~200K SF) and Career Technical Education facility (~40K SF) and all associated site work (~25 acres) to support these buildings. All bidders shall hold a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor’s License. Please contact the Idaho Division of Building Safety on any questions related to obtaining the proper licensing – (800) 955-3044 or https://dbs.idaho.gov This project will be managed as a Construction Management Agency - successful contractors will hold a prime contract with the Lewiston school district. The project will be bid utilizing bid packages broken down by trade. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond from a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified or cashier’s check drawn on an Idaho Bank in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid, made payable to Lewiston School District.
